In our everyday life, we are subjected to a number of sources of stress and demands that result in fluctuations in our energy level. Furthermore, past events and experiences often leave a long lasting influence on how we feel and are in the world, therefore influencing how we manage our energy day to day. Stresses placed on us by the demands of life can result in interruptions and fluctuations in our energy flow. Chakras are the concentrated energy centres of the body. When our chakras are imbalanced we do not function at our optimal level. The purpose of chakra balancing is to support a well-balanced, well-functioning and harmonious flow that will sustain our overall level of energy. The effect translates into a feeling of well-being, relaxation, centredness, increased vitality and embodiment of oneself.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact us 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment the fee cannot be refunded. If you have booked onto a course at The Synergy Centre and cancel part way through the course the fee is not refundable.
