EFT is Emotional Freedom Techniques, an emotional version of acupuncture using the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture for over five thousand years to treat physical and emotional ailments. But rather than using needles, meridian energy points on your hand, head, face & upper body are stimulated by tapping on them. Clinical trials have shown that EFT is able to rapidly reduce the emotional impact of memories and incidents that trigger emotional distress. EFT enables you to release yourself from self defeating behaviours, limiting beliefs, fears, anxieties, confidence and self esteem issues, psychosomatic conditions and a whole range of other issue that may be affecting you and holding you back. Resulting in a freer and happier sense of being and therefore an improved quality of life. For online appointments you will be sent a link and passcode to enter the virtual clinic via your PC, laptop, tablet or mobile phone.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact us 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment the fee cannot be refunded. If you have booked onto a course at The Synergy Centre and cancel part way through the course the fee is not refundable.
