In our everyday life, we are subjected to a number of sources of stress and demands that result in fluctuations in our energy level. Furthermore, past events and experiences often leave a long lasting influence on how we feel and are in the world, therefore influencing how we manage our energy day to day.  Stresses placed on us by the demands of life can result in interruptions and fluctuations in our energy flow.

The purpose of chakra balancing is to support a well-balanced, well-functioning and harmonious flow that will sustain our overall level of energy.

What Does A Session Involve:

 

A session involves you laying on your back on a massage table while crystals, tuning forks, music in the frequency of each chakra, Reiki and visualisation are all used in synergy to help balance and harmonise each individual chakra. 

 

There is also the option for a Chakra oracle card reading following your session.

What Does A Virtual Session Involve:

 

A virtual sessions is done online via my virtual clinic.  You book a day and time via the 'Book Virtual Chakra Balancing' button below.  On the day of your appointment I will email you a reminder of your appointment time.  A few minutes before your appointment is due to start I will email you a link to enter the virtual clinic via your PC, laptop, tablet or mobile phone.  You will be at home sitting comfortably in a chair with your eyes closed and feet up so I can see your body from your hips up.  I play the frequency music and tuning forks over my laptop speakers, engage the the Distant Reiki protocols, guide you through the visualisation.

Again there is also the option for a Chakra oracle card reading following your session.
