Service Description

When we are out of balance, either physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually (or a combination) we are in a state of disharmony. When experiencing a sound bath, our bodies (physical and subtle) become receptors which detect, register and are affected by the vibrations and frequencies produced by ancient and sacred instruments of healing and rejuvenation. Heart rate, respiration and brainwave activity will be ‘entrained’ because the frequencies cause mutual sympathetic resonance, transporting you into a blissful meditative state of deep relaxation and ease. No water is involved in a sound bath, you remain fully clothed and are simply bathing in the sound and frequencies produced from ancient and sacred instruments of healing, meditation and relaxation. BRING A YOGA MAT OR SOMETHING TO LIE ON AND A BLANKET OR THROW. The sound and vibrational frequencies produced during a sound bath have been described as relaxing, calming, centering, energising, transforming and healing. Promoting a peaceful state, clarity of mind and restoring balance and harmony on all levels. ADVANCED BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL Minimum 4 - Maximum 8 people per group You will be notified in advance if minimum numbers have not been met.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact us 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment the fee cannot be refunded. If you have booked onto a course at The Synergy Centre and cancel part way through the course the fee is not refundable.
